WHAT WE LOVE

An incredible coffee from an incredible place. Cerrado, Brazil is a densely biodiverse savannah, but a relative newcomer to the coffee export scene. This is despite the fact that Brazil has always exported the most coffee (by far) around the globe. As a growing region, Cerrado has built a foundation upon advanced farming, incredible sunlight, and an inspired spirit to cultivate coffee for the world to enjoy.

In the cup, this Cerrado “Salmo Plus” is defined by a creamy body, malleable chocolate sweetness, and mild acidity. An inspired export of a universal coffee, natural versatility, base note complexity, and high sweetness make the Salmo fantastic in blends, or as a single origin.
